Terms of Service
- You must have a valid email address and must be able to receive email from .
- You are required to login and surf atleast once every 60 days to keep your account active. If you are going away for a period of time that exceeds 60 days you should notify Robert or Jan via the Contact link. Dormant accounts will be sold on Ebay and the previous member will lose all rights to their account and its content.
- Acceptable use of start link: The start link (also referred to as the "surf" link & "Surf for Cash & Prizes" link) that a member receives upon signing up is to be used solely by that member and solely for the purpose of viewing other member's websites through the HitsnGold traffic exchange network. This link is not to be used in any way that cheats the system or attempts to compromise it in any way. Furthermore, the start link is not to be promoted on other networks as a means of falsely obtaining credits. The start link is also not to be placed in any automatic clicking program or other similar program or software designed to defraud the network or falsely earn credits. Any inappropriate use of the start link (as indicated, but not limited to the above) will result in immediate termination of that member's account and all earned or purchased credits along with any remaining cash balance and any other contents will be lost.
- We reserve the right to delete any site, ad or account at any time
- We reserve the right to change our terms of service and privacy policy at any time without prior notice to our members
- Payments are made via Paypal and Stormpay.
- Minumum payment is $10.00. The maximum amount of money you can request at one time is $20.00 and you may not put in another request until the first one has been payed.
- Hitsngold reserves the right to pay members if they have less than $10.00 in their account if I wish.
- All sales are final. No refunds.
- We reserve the right to change conversion ratio's at any time. (example 1000 gold = $1.00 )

For Direct visitor delivery the following must apply to each site
- Your site(s) doesn't have any popup window(s) or message box(es) position changing codes or layers
- Your site(s) doesn't have more than one popup.
- Your site(s) doesn't have looping audio.
- Your site(s) doesn't have inappropriate content, x-rated, pornography, hatred, violence, racism etc.
- Your site(s) doesn't break out of frames
- Your site(s) doesn't use URL or domain forwarding
- Your banner does not exceed 25,000 bytes. - Your site(s) may not contain auto-searchscripts - Your site(s) may not contain "hidden" iframes - Your site(s) may not be "surf"site(s) from other programs like external surfsites.

For accounts
- You are not allowed to have more than one account per household
- Your account will be deleted if you do not login at least once a month.
- Your account will be deleted if we can not send you e-mails, three bounces and you're out!
- We will disable your site(s) or account if we think they give the system any problems.

*Accounts may not be sold in any way, all accounts are personal.

Having trouble with the login?
- Try adding us to your trusted zone.
- Norton Firewall users should have the web site http://www.hitsngold.com entered and permit enabled on all apropriate settings.
- Try running your security settings at medium.
- Try deleting your cookies and your temporary internet files.
- Make sure cookies are enabled.
- Click on the lost your login information link and we will send your password and the email address that you used when you joined.
